Terms of Service and License
Subscription to any title entitles the subscriber or immediate family to access any subscribed title from any location. Immediate family is defined as a parent, child, spouse of the subscriber or a member of the physical household of the subscriber. Simultaneous access by more than one person per subscribed account is not permitted. A subscriber may not give out his or her password such that non-subscribers may access that account. Commercial use of the subscription is prohibited without a separate commercial license available from Hopkins Technology. Commercial use is for any purpose not defined above including access provided from any place accessible to persons other than family (inclucing but not limited to schools, libraries, stores, clubs, offices). If Hopkins Technology, LLC detects multiple user activity on the account, Hopkins Technology, LLC may issue a new password for that account and send that new password to the current email address of the subscriber for subsequent use. Abuse of the terms of this license may result in termination with no refund after two notices of apparent and unresolved violation.
Hopkins Technology, LLC makes no warranty as to accessibility to the subscribed title. Communication problems which may be experienced on the Internet or maintenance or outages of Hopkins Technology, LLC controlled equipment may interrupt service at any time.
Hopkins Technology, LLC makes no warranty as to the accuracy of any text, photograph, association, search result, link, audio track, video clip or any component of the published title. Hopkins Technology, LLC, as an electronic publisher, strives to provide accurate and timely publications from authoritative sources.
