Dr. Richard E. Rodda

Dr. Richard E. Rodda, Program Annotator, is a native of New Jersey and currently resides in Cleveland, Ohio. A graduate of Baldwin-Wallace College and Case Western Reserve University, Dr. Rodda has provided program notes for the orchestras of Cleveland, Dallas, Oklahoma City, Cincinnati, Utah, Richmond, Omaha, Knoxville, New Mexico, Sacramento, Tampa, San Jose, Cedar Rapids, Spokane, Austin, Hartford and Akron, as well as the Kennedy Center in Washington, D.C., the Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center, American Symphony and Orpheus Chamber Orchestras in New York City, Grant Park Music Festival (Chicago), the Cleveland Octet, the Peninsula Music Festival, the Santa Fe Chamber Music Festival, the Chamber Music Northwest Festival and many other ensembles and organizations across the country. He is a regular contributor to Stagebill Magazine, and has written liner notes for Telarc, Angel, Newport Classics, Delos and Dorian Records. Dr. Rodda also teaches at Case Western Reserve University and the Cleveland Institute of Music.
