Problem

Problem: NutriStaR setup says please report to Microsoft Product Support Services.

This error occurs when some of your path statement is not capitalized. Strange but that is

what Msoft says. You can try to see if this resolves, but faster and surer is . . .

To install manually:

NOTE: You must have a Program Group open into which the icon will be installed. Click on the appropriate Program Group so that it is highlighted.

Go to File Manager. Copy x:\nutristr.ico to C:\Windows, where x: is your CD-ROM Drive. Then . . .

Go to Program Manager

File/New/Program Item/OK

Description Nutristar

Command Line x:\ mviewer2.exe x:\nutristr\nutristr.mvb

Working Directory x:\nutristr

Then . . .

Change Icon c:\windows\nutristr.ico

OK OK Yes

If you are unable to run the program because there are missing dll files, click here to download a zipped file of the .dll files. Unzip it to the c:\windows\system folder.
