The Hopkins Technology Enterprise & Network License Agreement provides the benefits of a customized, flexible, easy-to-use, right-to-copy license agreement with attractive pricing for volume purchases.

Customers may 'mix and match' platform purchases to take advantage of the best total volume pricing, and any existing number of units will be included in pricing of additional Enterprise & Network License Agreement add-ons. This means that:

1. An enterprise may combine the Windows/DOS purchases to determine the best volume discount for its total purchases. So, if an enterprise wants 200 Windows copies and 75 DOS copies, they would buy at the 251-500 price per copy. (See pricing matrix below.)

2. If an enterprise has a License for 80 copies and later wants to increase that by 50 copies, they will be invoiced at the 101-250 price for the new add-on copies.

3. If a company has over 1000 users, they may purchase an unlimited use license, which covers any number of users over 1000. The unlimited use license only applies to U.S. or Canadian based locations of the company purchasing the license.

Hopkins Technology Enterprise & Network License customers will be authorized to duplicate our software and materials, as needed, up to the number of users for which the license was purchased. The customer may do this duplication by making additional diskettes or by distributing our software electronically to the users in the customer's enterprise.

Additional copies of documentation and program disks may be purchased at the time of initial license purchase. Amount of documentation or disks may not exceed the maximum number of product licenses purchased.
